Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Nuvet, the cloud software for veterinary clinics. By creating an account you accept them on your own behalf and, if you register a clinic, on its behalf.

The account and the team

• Each person uses their own account; credentials are not shared.
• The clinic owner decides who joins the team and with which role, and is responsible for how their staff use the service.
• Only members with a registered license number can sign visits and prescriptions.

Your clinic’s data

The data you enter about pet owners and patients belongs to your clinic. Nuvet uses it only to provide you with the service, as explained in the privacy policy. Your clinic is responsible for having its pet owners’ consent to record their data and to message them over WhatsApp.

Medical records

A signed visit cannot be edited or deleted. Corrections are recorded as amendments, with author, date, and reason. This rule protects your clinic and its patients, and it cannot be turned off.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Nuvet to send messages that pet owners did not agree to receive.
• Do not try to access other clinics’ data or test the service’s security without our authorization.
• Do not upload files you have no right to store.

Pricing

Creating an account does not require a credit card. Before charging for any plan we will tell you the price and conditions, and you will be able to decide whether to continue.

Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times and back up data continuously, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or failures. We will give advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

Ending the service

You can stop using Nuvet whenever you want. If you do, you can ask us for a copy of your clinic’s data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will notify you beforehand unless there is a risk to other users.
