    Create your account, pick your time zone and currency, and add your appointment types and the vaccines you give.

  2. Step 2: Invite your team

    Everyone signs in with their own email and role. Veterinarians add their license number to sign visits.

  3. Step 3: You see patients, Nuvet notifies

    Book appointments, log visits and vaccines. Reminders to owners go out on their own, with no lists or phone calls.

A medical record is a serious document. Nuvet treats it like one.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Nuvet runs in the browser, from the front-desk computer, the exam-room one, or a tablet. There are no programs to update and no servers to maintain.

Do I need a credit card to create the account?

No. You create your clinic’s account with your email and start setting it up right away.

Who can see the medical records?

Only your clinic’s staff, according to their role. The front desk manages the schedule and sees a patient summary (details, alerts, and vaccine status), but not the clinical notes.

Can I correct a visit that’s already signed?

A signed visit can’t be edited or deleted. Corrections are added as amendments, with author, date, and reason, and shown alongside the original visit.

How do reminders reach pet owners?

By email and WhatsApp Business. Over WhatsApp we only message owners who opted in, and messages respect your clinic’s time zone: nobody gets messages in the middle of the night.

Can I use it with multiple locations?

Yes. One account can belong to several clinics and switch between them without logging out. Each keeps its data separate.

Can a pet have more than one owner?

Yes. A patient can have several owners, with one marked as primary for notifications.

Can I attach X-rays and lab results?

Yes. You can upload photos, images, and PDFs to the patient’s record or to a visit. Files are stored in private storage and opened with links that expire in minutes.

What happens to my data if a server fails?

The database is backed up continuously to another location, with a maximum loss of five minutes. The goal is to be back online in under two hours, and restores are tested every month.

Is there a mobile app?

The web version already adapts to phones. iOS and Android apps, and inventory control for pet shops, are on the development roadmap.
